Utilizing self-perform gives us greater control of project schedules, budgets and quality of work, and our clients benefit from more competitive pricing and better schedules. Self-perform services we offer include demolition and clean-up; concrete work (including foundations and slabs); steel-stud framing, steel stud/drywall and rough and finish carpentry.
Owner's Representation
A good owner's rep saves their client time, money and a lot of headaches; they are construction management professionals who make decisions on their client's behalf and in their client's best interest. At Utkrisht, we typically work with clients who are new to the development game, or who are really busy and need extra hands. When you hire us as your owner's rep, we assume overall responsibility for the organization, management and implementation of your project, from concept to the start of construction.
